At VIZBOX, we pride ourselves on our efficient and timely project delivery. For small to medium residential projects, which are our specialty, we typically complete them within a timeframe of 1 to 3 weeks. At VIZBOX, we value our clients' satisfaction with their project outcomes. For this reason, we offer three complimentary rounds of revisions for each image as part of our standard service package. This allows our clients the opportunity to provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure the final deliverable meets their specific requirements. From the fourth round of revisions onwards, in order to cover additional resource and time costs, a supplementary fee ranging from 5% to 20% per view will be applied. This fee will be communicated and agreed upon with the client prior to commencing any additional revisions. Our aim is to strike the right balance between accommodating our clients' needs and maintaining the efficient workflow of our projects.

VIZBOX accepts the following payment methods: bank transfers, PayPal, and Wise. To initiate a project with VIZBOX, a 50% deposit is required. If cost calculation is challenging, customers can message us for assistance. Upon project completion, the remaining 50% balance payment is requested upon rendering delivery. We watermark the images at 10% opacity for client approval before requesting the balance payment. Once the balance payment is made, the watermark is promptly removed, and the final, high-quality images or are delivered. We also remain flexible for additional changes post-balance payment, ensuring that our clients are fully satisfied with the end result of our design services.
